April 10, 2025 – Last month, Negro Leagues Baseball Museum President and Nashville Stars Board Member Bob Kendrick joined Nashville resident and New York Times-bestselling author Andrew Maraniss for an episode of Maraniss’ “On the Ball” podcast.
Throughout the episode, Kendrick highlighted the benefits of bringing a Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise to Nashville, as well as the rich history throughout every exhibit of the Museum, including Nashville’s own Norman “Turkey” Stearnes.
Thank you, Andrew, for offering yet another platform to showcase our work and the Negro Leagues legacy that we are bringing to light each day.
