Nashville Remains Fans’ Top Choice for New MLB Site

December 3, 2025 – The fans are speaking: Nashville is the best choice for a new Major League Baseball team.
 
In a poll of more than 1,700 MLB fans released earlier this week by Sports Business Journal, Nashville is a wide favorite to get a franchise if any expansion or relocation were to occur. Nashville received 37% of the fans’ vote; no other city garnered more than 25%. The enthusiasm for Nashville was evident across all demographics – Music City outperformed every city on every measurement.
