October 15, 2025Oracle has announced its plans to relocate its global headquarters to Nashville, and those plans are coming to life. New renderings were released last week which visualize a 70-acre campus that will transform the company’s operations and the city of Nashville’s vision for the East Bank.

Among the highlights for the campus are riverfront walking paths and nature settings, as well as a pedestrian bridge to connect the East Bank with the Germantown neighborhood just northwest of downtown Nashville.

“Oracle is excited to break ground on our state-of-the-art campus in Nashville,” senior vice president of global real estate and facilities Don Watson said in a statement. “The new development will position Nashville as a hub of AI innovation, leveraging the city’s dynamic culture, urban setting, and talented workforce.”

In addition to several lengths of public park space along the river, the campus development will also welcome Nobu Hospitality for both its highly-regarded restaurant and a new luxury hotel. Due to rezoning approval required by Metro Council for some of the land, construction cannot begin until later this month, at the earliest.

“Oracle remains committed to collaborating with federal, state and Metro government partners on all aspects of design, permitting, and construction for these new projects,” Watson added.

The Nashville Stars Baseball Club are pleased to see Oracle invest in our community through its transformational campus concepts, and we look forward to watching the campus come to life throughout its development.
